How it works at the Essigmanngut
Here you will find everything you need to book your stay at the hotel Essigmanngut. It will make sure that you are perfectly prepared and can focus on the essentials: Your stay at the gates to Salzburg.
The breakfast buffet is open daily from 07:00 to 10:00. Guests who need to leave early can start breakfast from 06:30, though the full buffet will not yet be available, there will still be enough to get a good start.
Check-in is officially guaranteed from 14:30. If you arrive earlier, you may check into your room earlier if available; a quick phone registration in advance makes this easier. If your room is not yet ready on arrival, we will of course store your luggage for you.
Check-out is until 10:30. If you would like to stay a little longer, you may check out until 14:00 for an additional charge of £20.
Late check-in: if pre-registered, check-in is also possible after 20:00 (room key will be left at reception)
There are no carpets in the rooms or apartments. They are therefore suitable for persons suffering from allergies.
The Schlossapotheke Anif is approximately 2 km away, and general practitioners are located in the immediate vicinity of the Essigmanngut. We will be happy to inform you on site.
Breakfast is included in the room rate by default.
Upon explicit request, a booking "without breakfast" is possible – in this case, we reduce the room price by 10% per night.
You can notify us of the cancellation in the comment field during booking, at the reception, or at check-in.
We don’t have a wellness area, and we’ve deliberately done without air conditioning because we’re committed to conserving resources. To keep things comfortably cool, all our rooms have fans, and shutters and blackout curtains prevent the heat from building up in the first place. And, to be honest, it only really gets very hot in Austria for a few weeks each year.
Dogs and pets in general are not allowed in Essigmanngut. We ask for your understanding.
Children under 3 sleeping in their parent’s room do not incur a charge.

There is one car parking space for each room. The hotel is not liable for damage to vehicles during the guest's stay. Vehicles with excess length can also be parked by prior arrangement and for a fee.

Smoking is not permitted inside the building, but is allowed in the designated areas outside, as well as on balconies and terraces. We thank you for your understanding

Just arrive, no detours. We are quick and easy to reach thanks to our location near the A10 motorway. It is worth switching to public transport as soon as you get here. You can hop on the city bus line 25 just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and reach the city of Salzburg in 20 minutes. City vibes without the congestion, what more could you want?
